Jane Drapeaux has been the chief executive officer of HACAP since 2007 and has been instrumental in creating local solutions for local issues.
Throughout her tenure at HACAP, the agency has grown, expanding its core service area to nine counties in Eastern Iowa and increasing its annual revenues to over $60 million. Drapeaux has spent her entire career working in the nonprofit sector committed to making life better for those who face barriers by providing opportunities for success.
