What are your motivational must-haves?
You really do have to love what you do and appreciate the skills that others bring to whatever environment you are in (or oddly stressful times that we are in!)
George Washington Carver, renowned scientist and Iowa State University grad (Go Cyclones!) is quoted as saying, “How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these things.” I have this quote on the inside of my day planner, and there is not a day that goes by that I do not read it and for whatever reason it centers me and helps me find my focus.
