Erin Langdon is a native of Cedar Rapids who has devoted her career to helping others. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years. Langdon has worked with various nonprofits, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oklahoma, the Community Health Free Clinic and the Eastern Iowa Health Center.

In 2013, Erin moved home to Iowa. Since her return she has committed herself to improving the lives of individuals and families through her work. In 2016, Erin dedicated time and energy to the creation and implementation of the Eastern Iowa Diaper Bank to ensure that no child goes without access to clean and dry diapers. Since the opening, the program has distributed millions of diapers.

Erin has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Foundation 2 Crisis Services since 2021. In her role she works to ensure access to services for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, as well as violence prevention efforts to reduce gun crime in our community.

Erin currently serves on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors and supports many local causes. Erin and her husband, Britton have two children, Thomas (11) and Matilda (8), who keep them moving! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running and reading.
